Fence color, height, and style require written approval before purchase. Visibility from community trails may restrict solid privacy on certain lot orientations facing the lake.

Many Lake Wildwood homes include pools or spas; mesh or aluminum barriers with self-latching gates are standard. We layout to keep furniture outside climb zone per barrier inspection norms.

Moist air corrodes non-stainless screws—we specify hardware accordingly on lake-side lots.

Terrain Notes

Sloped lots above the lake need stepped panels; lower lots near inlets may have seasonal high water table affecting post stability—deeper footings recommended.
